The biogeography of nectarivorous birds in Wallacea: Meliphagidae vs Nectariniidae in the Indonesian archipelagoes east of Wallace's Line and Weber's Line

There are two permanent sea barriers between southeast Asia and first Wallacea (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wallacea) and then Australasia. The first is called the Wallace Line (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wallace_Line), and the second is called the Weber Line.

Hi Ben, Many thanks for your comment. I am still working on this Post...As a matter of general interest, how did you stumble upon this item on the Web? You may perhaps also find some items of interest at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_K8Bom3_Jy53jtlxgLZd8Q. With kind regards from Antoni

@milewski Thanks for the response! I was exploring the journal feature on iNaturalist, though I wish they had it organized more efficiently. Right now the only way to view them collectively is via the community tab and journal posts, which shows all global journal entries by date and time of upload. It just so happened that my journal perusing occurred the same day as your post.

I am considering writing to iNaturalist staff to encourage a filter system on that journal page to filter by region, or by followed profiles. It seems simple enough to add!

Nonetheless, thanks for the information here!
