As an eastern Kentucky girl, Texas is a whole different world as far as land and animals go. In an effort to learn more about the state, I became a Texas Master Naturalist in 2022. I am enjoying exploring different areas of the state and seeing the plants and animals that call them home.

My current goal is to return to school for a second graduate degree in a field related to nature. I've come to love learning more about ecosystems and entomology, really all things nature, so I'd like to work in the field if possible.
