I am a nature lover and amateur wildlife photographer in South Florida. I use a bridge camera, Nikon Coolpix P900 with Nikkor 83X Wide Optical Zoom. I am very pleased with the Nikon, except for the shutter speed. It is too slow to capture inflight birds.
Update as of September 22,2023, I am now using an Olympus OM-1 Mirrorless Camera with 100-400mm super-telephoto zoom lens. On occasion, I still use the Nikon Coolpix P900 for distance shots.
I joined iNaturalist in October 2021 to take part in iNaturalist/Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge LOX Biowatch Project for the Month of October 2021: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/lox-biowatch
