Only one found washed ashore at high tide. Pretty stunning.
Best guess for large, alternately branched dendritic red algae with pectinate ultimate branches. @seanpr any thoughts on this common one from strand lines

Plocamium cartilagineum subsp. pacificum (Sea Braid aka Sea Comb) in beautiful winter colors. I don't know why this algae turns so pink and orange.
