Description

Sorry for the gruesome picture. Victim of the cat. I wish he'd stick to mice, but gets all kinds of 4 legged critters. Luckily he rarely gets birds.
Just wanted to share that they're around.

Description

Large circular mound about 30cm wide pushed up in mowed area at edge of shallow, marshy pond. One individual found deadon snow in this same area in 2018, submitted to Chicago Field Museum in Oct. 2018, but does not yet seem to be processed/digitized.
