First bee of the year for me in Medina county
Wide and hilly edges of parks planted with natives when established a few years ago and burned some but no Crown Vetch has taken over much of it and grass is mowed short so there is no longer any clover. There is still some Bee Balm on the north slope were Rusty Patches were seen two years ago. Bumblebees visit the Crown Vetch and Spotted Knapweed. and remaining prairie plants.
