Growing from an Elaphomycete under moss.
Was growing at the end of the mushroom season on a Large fallen tree that laid across a gully that led down into the lake on the right side of the road that goes around the inside of the park. the gully was located between the picnic area and the hiking trails, usually, the gully is pretty moist/wet all year, the mushroom could just barely be spotted from the road, not a huge specimen but decent sized nonetheless.
