In the edge of a chip-sealed road. No glandular hairs evident anywhere.

Not noted to be locally common - a horticultural waif?
It's a rhizomatous perennial.
Not sticky or glandular.
Eglandular hairs on inflorescence and stems, retrorse at the base of the plant.
Petals are a bit over 25mm long, pilose only at the very base (much < 1/4 of petal length) otherwise glabrous.
Awn-tipped sepals.
There are no fruits older than the developing one in the photo yet.
