Referring to the serpentine bird, submerged all the way up to its neck, in the foreground. Periodically dived.
This nest appears to have fallen from our stone pine (lowest branches ~15ft off the ground) or our olive tree, which is more shrub-like and about 10 ft tall at the highest. No eggs visible in or near the nest. Would appreciate guidance for identification.
