Description

Caps 3.5-4.5 cm. Yellow-brown, darker in centre, slightly viscid, low umbo, covered with small, adpressed fibrils.

Gills notched, adnate, yellow.

Stem 5 cm, greenish but lighter than cap, darker toward base, slightly bulbous, finely striate and fibrillose.

Flesh in cap white, yellowish near cap.

Spores white, barely elliptic, 6.5 X 5, smooth, no cystidia visible.
