Observed above water level in lake but water level was lower than usual so it could have been submerged previously.
Lake margin, in dried mud. Brown colour form.
One plant, growing in damp gully draining fellfield
Leaves rather rigid, not soft like C. spectabilis. Could it be C. spectabilis x C. semicordata? Lots of C. spectabilis nearby but no C. semicordata on a quick search.

Growing on the edge of Lake Rotoroa in area occasionally inundated.
Leaves no more than 3 mm long, stems quadrangular, seeds with long ribs.
