I also shot video of the frog croaking. Agua Caliente campground was loaded with frogs.

Growing at the base of a dead Quercus agrifolia
Blue rings in occellus are somewhat broken, suggesting it might be O. bimaculatus rather than O. bimaculoides, but they don't have any "starburst" appearance so it is most likely bimaculoides.
