Nocturnal species that tends to live in burrows. As a household pest, they prefer dark corners found in crawl spaces, attics and closets. The are a predatorial spider that does not make a web to capture prey. They prey on smaller insects and other spiders.

This particular spider was hunting in my bathtub and most likely lives in my bathroom cabinets.
