These are invasive, I am pretty sure.
I believe these pink blobs on the trees are the invasive apple snail eggs of the snails that are so prevalent on the shore of the lake. I heard to get rid of them, just knock them into the water and fish will eat them.
I think this may be a female of this species but I'm not sure. It was seen somewhat near freshwater, not salt.
This was growing in a group of several different vines, including trumpet creeper.
