Had slight cupping before preservation (see 2nd photo), and dense pubescence adaxialy and abaxialy. Might be Q. durata x garryana. Date is a little off
90% of the tree had new seasonal leaf growth, so very deciduous.
Leaning Q. cornelius-mulleri over Q. berberidifolia due to adaxial (top-side) of leaf surface being sparsely puberulent. Adaxially densely fine-tomentose with hairs obscuring lateral veins.
