Example of silvery-green juvenile and brownish adult rocklings, observed on the DFO Quebec Region trawl survey in the Northern Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Several jingle shells (likely Heteranomia squamula) on an upper valve of Placopecten (along with a barnacle at bottom, and a small Tonicellid chiton at upper left), observed on a DFO Quebec Region scallop survey. Note the parallel ridging in the anomiids--is typical when on scallops.
