Description
A small spider, less than a 10mm leg span. This spider often hunts around my porchlight, often seen consuming small flies as seen in the photos.

Description
very interesting little spiders. they build their small webs on the dorsal side of leaves that have a slight concave shape (in this area usually Clermontia spp. but sometimes on ginger) and hang upside down in the web. Have only seen these in mesic forest of lower Waikamoi and upper Makawao Forest Reserve.

2nd-5th pics are comparisons of key ID features of common dandelion on the left and red-seeded dandelion on the right. Note the red seed bases, red on the stems and sepal tips, and even triangular leaves that look like a cartoon Christmas tree.

Description
Really on the fence about this one. Multiple barn funnel weavers have been found in this unit. But some traits here point to Eratigena agrestis. The abdominal pattern looks suspicious, as well as the shape & size of the palp. The sternum is confusing, I can’t really make out for sure if there is spots or not, even under a loupe, but it doesn’t seem like it! Missing one palp, maybe it had tried to mate with one of the Tegenaria females😅
