This sure looked a lot like Parthenocissus inserta, if so perhaps naturalized from nearby cultivation. Found a patch in disturbed woods of a Lexington park, amid a tangle of Rosa multiflora, Euonymus fortunei, Tox rad, and regular ol P. quinquefolia. 6th photo shows the inserta-like leaf compared to a nearby quinquefolia leaf.

Description
Tentatively going for this taxa. Moist disturbed habitat; glabrous leaves, petioles, and flower stalks; bearded lateral petals; distinctly crenate margins; sepal auricles somewhat prominent but perhaps not as angular as typical of Viola communis.
The big kicker for me is the unusual petal coloration. From my limited experience, V. communis seems more prone to developing unusual flower patterns than other violet species.
Either way, it's probably one of my favorite observations of the season so far!
