Description
Maybe. Since it was a rare summer mushroom, I didn’t want to pull it up out of the tree trunk. It was growing out of.

The color of this specimen seemed unusual. The photograph is true to how it looked with the naked eye.

Description
While removing an old window during a renovation, Hansen & Sons Construction found a hibernating Big Brown Bat. It was slow, but alive. The crew carefully placed it inside a soft lunchbox and called Annette Hansen for directions on saving this important creature. She brought it to Humane Indiana Wildlife Rehab Center where they will keep it until it can be released soon. PCC is always happy when citizens remember to be careful around wild animals and take their safety into consideration.
