Description
I always enjoy the sight of a white BEM, there is something rather uplifting about it. In this case one can see two white flowered plants, together with a BEM with formal colours.

Description
Four flowering stems in disturbed, wet, sandy prairie remnant within a railroad right-of-way.
First record for Oxford County and also the easternmost and northernmost record in Canada. I swear this thing is following me around.

Description
Found in a wet&dry mesic sand prairie under artificial cover. Ambient was high 50s but sunny and the cover was 98 degrees.

Description
Not sure what the rose sp. is, found a couple in a seeded "natural landscape" and suspect they aren't native. D. rosea seems to use a couple different Eurasian roses as host.

Large shrub ~1.5 m tall, ~6.7 x 7.3 m footprint, inflorescences mostly with 15-21 flowers, 5-merous, larger leaves on flowering shoots up to 10.5 mm, irregularly to regularly revolute. ID questionable.
