Flock of Tree Swallows, concentrated at the river by cool weather. Three Cliff Swallows can also be seen in Photo 1 (see also https://inaturalist.ca/observations/210977061), and one Barn Swallow was also present (https://inaturalist.ca/observations/210977057).
