Here we go again!

I believe this is a nymph that has just molted. Found next to a empty black/white-spotted nymph skin on the underside of a Common Milkweed leaf.

For Spotted Lanternfly (other observation is for Cicada)

I finally found where all those nymphs in my garden were coming from. I had looked around for egg masses but didn't see these...directly overhead on the underside of the balcony above me. Ugh.
