Among pine litter and branches. From soil, not on wood.

CAP: Gorgeous red-brown. Same texture as deceivers. Small depression at center of cap.

MARGIN: Beautifully decorated with almost evenly spaced triangles of white/cream soft tuft of some kind.

STIPE: Has small string like textures like some Laccaria and scruffy deceivers. No ring or remnants that I can see. Tan color.

GILLS: Spaced, forked and seem to be white or light tan.

Spore print: rust brown
