Female w 2 pups. Found on a deck, seemed disoriented and did not fly. Later found clinging to a chain link fence. When disturbed, flew off, landed, then flew high into a tree where photos showed pups.

Found via going around a pond and sticking my hand into a bunch of open burrows that lined the shore in the water. It was all in a very soft sand/clay substrate that was very easy to dig around in.
This one was very adamant about not sitting still.
