Description
Where I live, there is a group of around 3 - 5 crows. My neighborhood falls within their territory. I've seen them attack and chase away both Common Ravens and Red-tailed Hawks.
This was one of the rare occasions where the crow landed on the ground. It was very cautious of me and when I approached it, it flew up onto a street light and then into a nearby tree. While there, it began making this interesting call that I've never heard before. I've included the call in this observation.
In the distance, I saw two other crows. Maybe it was communicating with the them.
