Japanese Andromeda

The photo was taken February 2, 2023 at 2:05 pm EST at Brooklyn College. The weather was around 37 F. at Brooklyn. This plant had some tiny green buds coming out of the plant. The buds have not open yet. The stem of the buds appear reddish/pinkish in color which is very interesting.
