Research assistant working for the National Park Service's Heartland Inventory and Monitoring Unit at Missouri State University. I primarily work with aquatic invertebrates, but also fish and aquatic plants.

I have a strong background with insects in general, especially the Odonata (focus group as a graduate student) and Lepidoptera. Odonate nymphs are my specialty, but I'm most familiar with Midwestern taxa. I studied freshwater mites as an undergrad and am an avid herper, particularly of salamanders.
