As a passionate grassland ecologist with a deep-rooted love for nature that began in childhood, I have developed a broad interest and knowledge in various aspects of the natural world, including insects, birds, spiders, and plants, particularly grasses and their ecological roles. My work takes me across South Africa and neighboring countries, allowing me to experience the rich biodiversity of the region's nine biomes. I capture and share the diverse terrestrial life I encounter on iNaturalist, always eager to learn more about each specimen and its place in the ecosystem.
