I study Hymenoptera, especially leafmining heterarthrine sawflies, oak-galling cynipid wasps, and parasitoids of these (mostly Cynipoidea and Chalcidoidea). I am also interested in ground beetles (Carabidae) and their interactions with snails and slugs.
