I am an all-rounder naturalist and birder, but specifically a botanist (with more than just a passing interests in Invasive Alien Species, particularly with respect to those species alien and invasive to South Africa, Australia and New Zealand). I particularly enjoy the detection and ID side of botany.

I used to be an iSpot stalwart until the up(down)grade in 2017 which ruined it. Migrating here from part-time user to more active participant.
