I study coevolution of three-spined stickleback and their tapeworm parasites as a research associate at the Univ of Wisconsin-Madison. My PhD at the Univ of Montana was on evolutionary physiology of deer mice in the Colorado Front Range.

Before graduate school I worked/volunteered on projects involving field work on birds, mammals, and fish, mostly in New Mexico. I've been a birder for ~20 years and mainly use eBird for that (https://ebird.org/profile/OTQyMjA/US), but I've started adding old bird records to iNat recently.
