Grew up on a farm in Travis County. Graduate of UT-Austin. Been observing in nature for 68 years locally and on trips in US. Been observing in the San Antonio area for the past 30 years. Specialty is native plants of the Texas Hill Country. Member of Native Plant Society of Texas for 20 plus years.
