I was so focused on keeping up with the squid to get the photos, I didn't notice I interrupted the poor thing in the middle of a meal. I find it fascinating you can see the swallowed fish head inside the squid.

Quite a few more with part of the squid still attached to the shell
Under a strip of Eucalyptus bark lying on the ground in grass. Height approx. 8 mm.
These were found on the beach obviously collected by someone before me, all were empty and they were thrown back into the forest to be used by other snails, during the trip I found 3 live ones and 6 empty shells in less than 30mins they seem to be very abundant, but I’m also slightly concerned about pig pressure as I know the area does have some wild pigs.
