Really terrible photos of the bioluminescence. Doesn’t do it justice. Growing in dead bamboo and bamboo leaf litter along Madog River with Mycena chlorophos. The Mycena is more prevalent though. Mixed hardwood/conifer forest in the Madeline Sone Wildlife Preserve
Growing in thick Sequoia sempervirens duff in a Sequoia sempervirens and Umbellularia californica dominant section of the forest by creek
Fragile coral, branches white becoming more tan near the base. Branches bifurcate, tips pointed
Smell slightly sweet, almost a little fruity with farinaceous undertones
Taste mild
KOH indistinct
Fluoresces bright blue/green, becomes bright white at tips
Cap is somewhat slimy. Growing on trunk of Annona reticulata by Lost Pond. Added to Mushroom Observer as observation #472390.
